Cheesy Sausage Breakfast Casserole

This sausage breakfast casserole is what I make when I want a hot, hearty breakfast without standing at the stove. Eggs, sausage, and plenty of cheese bake into one cozy dish.

Assemble it the night before and just pop it in the oven in the morning.

  • Let it rest 10 minutes before slicing.

Variations

  • Swap sausage for bacon or ham.
  • Add diced bell peppers or spinach.
  • Use a mix of cheddar and pepper jack.

Storage

Refrigerate for up to 4 days. Reheat individual portions in the microwave or oven.
