  • 12 oz penne pasta
  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced

Method
 

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
